Faulty Product
This product is 100% faulty. I used it a total of two times and it is already not working. They label it as unsble to return and there’s no help at all from seller or Amazon. Just stealing people’s hard earned money with zero accountability. I’m filling this with my financial institution because I’m not paying for something that will not work. Buy from a more reputable source.

Stopped working and I’m unable to contact seller. I’ve tried calling Amazon and the company that sold the product but no luck. Didn’t even have it for a month before it stopped working and even though it was within the return window policy, both Amazon and the company went let me return for my refund.

very dissapointed
I bought one of these a couple of years ago and was very pleased with it. However it died and I had to buy a new one. So I searched until I found iit. Ordered it again and now I don’t like it. The reason is when I use it it keeps turning off. Then I have to turn it back on. It is a pain in the foot (lol). I don’t know if they made it cheaper but I wish my first one still worked. Will not buy from them again. Will look for a different one.

Easy to use.
Easy to use. No more rough feet. Great value. This is a gift. I’ve had one for 3 years and it still looks brand new. No batteries, charge it up every couple of uses. Turns off if you get too firm. Money well spent, not a gimmick.

Good, but be careful
This is so much better than a rasp! But there are a couple of things to mention. One is that while using it, it kicks off A LOT of foot dust into the air. Yeck. Also while using it, it grabbed my lower ankle skin, and jammed to a stop. Made a blood bruise. Probably my fault for letting it get too close to my skin, but something to be aware of.

Seller offers attractive discount and low price to attract customers.. and sells dubious non working item.. with NO REPLACEMENT and a NON RETURNABLE POLICY.. so basically the customer is stuck with a useless item..and Amazon can’t help too… Coz it’s a third party sent item.. so you may be lucky to get a working product or be stuck with a non working item.. with no consumer protection ( like many other reviews have shared)
