Pleasantly surprised
I’ve tried many natural shampoos. My hair is long and thick. Recently, I’ve been having dry scalp from my last natural shampoo. This has not only cured my dry scalp, but it also makes my hair feel silky smooth! Love this shampoo and conditioner

Product great 👍 pumps doesn’t work
The shampoo and conditioner is amazing, my hair was so dry, did one wash and HUGE difference, soft and silky. I gave it 4 star for the product itself but I give no star on the bottles. The pump doesn’t work on neither bottles. I would have returned it but need it for my trip.

Hands down the best shampoo and conditioner products I’ve used!
Coming from someone who has really fried hair from bleaching over time and super frizzy hair; I can say this has beenone of the best shampoo and conditioner products I have used in a long time! Since the first application i felt how it made my hair soft. The bottles as you can see on the picture are small but it’s one of those products where a little goes a long way. So to say the least if you’re looking for something to make your hair soft & shiny I definitely recommend buying.

wanted to love it but it (might have) made me lose my hair
Originally, I LOVED this product. I switched from using olaplex because of cost. I loved the way it made my curls look shiny, bouncy, and hydrated. But I also noticed that I was shedding a lot more than I ever have. Didn’t mind that since I have super thick hair and I thought that maybe it was just cuz I don’t brush my hair often (except for in the shower). Then one day, I’m styling my hair with a middle part, and I noticed a massive bald spot. Then a few weeks later, I noticed another one, and they were starting to connect. I talked to my doctor and she said it could be stress, but I’m not nearly as stressed as I have been in the past, and I didn’t lose my hair then. I asked her if it could be the new shampoo/conditioner i started using around the same time I noticed these changes. She said it’s possible and suggested that I switch back to olaplex. So I’ve gone ahead and done that. I am only 24, this is not something that runs in my family, and like I said, I have incredibly thick hair! So fingers crossed I get my hair back because my curls a big part of me and are what give me my confidence. I don’t know if this is an allergy issue, but I wanted to share my story so you can keep this in mind if you notice these changes in yourself too.Update: my hair has shown improvement. I’ve been looking into this more and found that olaplex may actually be the problem. There have been reports that olaplex causes hair loss when you stop using it. So perhaps that was it. I went to my doctor, got bloodwork done, found that I have low ferritin which makes it hard for hair to grow back, so she put me on an iron supplement and gave me clobetasol to help. Fingers crossed it keeps improving!
