Excellent Product! If you like a heated mattress pad, this is an excellent choice.
I love this mattress pad. One feature I really like is that you can program how long you want it to stay on. I can turn it on to warm up the bed, then have it turn off in 2 hours so I don’t overheat. I also like that it doesn’t heat up the top of the pad where your head is. And I also love that the cord enters the pad at the top corner of the bed, so there are no wires running under the bed. I am only starting my second season with it, but I have been very impressed.

So far so good. I’ve tested it on all settings and it works. The first night I slept 8-hours straight. It fits right under the bottom sheet and radiates comfortable warmth. I will make updates as the weather gets colder.

I bought this in January 2025 to replace our previous pad that quit after 3 years.This one quit working after 9 MONTHS. And it’s not like it’s used everyday. I did the troubleshooting steps and no joy. The controller lights up but there is 0 heat. And I can’t seem to find a way to get any help or service on it since I’ve been unable to find out how to contact the manufacturer.What good is a 5 year warranty, (so they say) if I can’t reach anyone to get service?It’s a shame too, because this was giving some decent pain relief, but not now.It’s rare that I rate an item 1 star, but even that’s too much for the item.It is not durable, not when it quits like that.So it gets one star and only because I have to give it at least one.

Works great, heat is condensed more towards the feet, causes sheets to slip off.
So, I love this mattress pad. It has a remote that can sit on your night stand and as someone who purchased another one for a family member that didn’t I absolutely love this feature. It heats more towards the feet which although makes sense I do wish it had more heat spread towards my upper back but my cold feet still appreciate it. It would be five stars, however the sheet is made out of a slippery material where it wraps around the mattress and this has made my sheets basically slip right off it. I constantly am having re apply my sheet to my mattress now. If the heating wasn’t so wonderful I’d take it off due to how annoying I find that, however this is something I can see in the pictures so I don’t think it’s the company or mattress pad’s fault. It’s a great price, thick and comfortable, works well. After a month of use I would recommend this to anyone who just needs a bit more warmth in bed! The remote has two settings one for the level of heat and the other for the length of time it’s on, I find this extremely useful as well!

Absolute god send. My heater broke last winter and while I had space heaters they weren’t enough to during done if the below zero nights. I was waking up with my joints aching and hard to move. This not only helped with the cold it also served as a heating pad I could actually lay on lol

I received this today, and even though it’s not cold yet, wanted to try it out. I’m really pleased with it, and hope it’s durable. The instructions were a bit fiddly but I got it to work just fine. I’m ready for winter!

Sore swimmer shoulders for years. I noticed heating pads helped so I wanted a larger under sheet one with a long timer option. I run this still night at 4 out of 10 so I heal but don’t sweat. Up to 10 hours timer so I’m not walking up every 90 minutes till start it again. Night stand control pad is an elegant and useful touch.Really appreciating this boon to my long term pain.
