I use heat tools almost every day, and this spray has been a game changer. It’s super lightweight, doesn’t leave my hair greasy or sticky, and smells amazing—sweet and fresh without being overpowering. I’ve noticed my hair feels softer and looks shinier after styling, and I love knowing it’s protected up to 450°F.It sprays in a fine mist that distributes evenly, and it works just as well on my straightened styles as it does when I curl my hair. Bonus: it’s sulfate- and paraben-free, which is always a plus for me. I give this L’Oréal Elvive heat protectant 4 stars. It’s a very good product, and I always use it before blow-drying my hair, which is the only way I use it. I feel like it does its job. It smells really good. My hair feels noticeably softer after drying, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for protection from the heat of a hairdryer, I feel like this product works and would recommend it to others.The only thing that takes a star off is the feel. The product is a bit greasy (or heavy) if you apply too much. You have to be careful with the amount, especially if you have fine hair or tend to get oily easily, as it can weigh it down a bit.Conclusion: A good product overall with an incredible scent that really softens. It’s a good buy as long as you use a small amount.

For some reason, after I sprayed it. It made the bathroom floor incredibly slippery! I’ve never had any other hair product do that before.Also, when I combed out my hair after using this, my hair felt “sticky.” I don’t know how else to describe it. It was extremely difficult to detangle my hair after using this.

This heat protectant is pretty good. I’ve only been using it for about 2 weeks but I’ve already noticed my hair getting softer and not sticky like other heat protectants. It also doesn’t mess up my wave pattern, which is huge. And with a little oil after styling, my hair is super shiny!! The price is also great too!! I hope this helps my hair health.

I use my flat iron almost every day, so I bought this one and honestly, the smell is amazing and lasts all day! The effect has been great too; my hair hasn’t gotten damaged at all. You just have to be careful not to spray too much or get it on your scalp, only on the lengths, otherwise, your hair might get oily faster. I usually spray a little on a small section, brush it through to spread it evenly, wait a few seconds for it to dry, and then straighten. After that, I also rub a bit of hair oil between my hands and run it through my hair to make sure it’s absorbed well and keeps my hair hydrated. Been using it for about ten days now and I’m really happy with it!

Leaves my hair soft and shiny. I can say that it really protects your hair , i use the hair dryer and the flat iron almost every day and my hair doesn’t look damaged. I truly recommend this product.

Did it leave my hair soft? Yes. Did it protect my hair from heat damage? Yeah it did a decent job. However I can’t get over the scent of this product so I’ll be throwing it away. I’ve just it once and the scent is overpowering. It leaves your hair smelling like you’ve just been clubbing. It doesn’t smell floral. Instead smells like a combination of Chanel perfume and cigarettes. If I was young and in my partying days, I wouldn’t mind this scent, but now at this stage of life, I want a nice refreshing or calming scent that reminds me of a luxurious spa day.
