Build muscles at 69
I read that men over around 60 can’t add muscle. I am 69 as of yesterday and i use products from Muscle Tech. I was around 30 when a golds gym opened near me and on the way home from work i go there 2 hours a night for over 6 years and i got big. Back then amino acids was what all of us took and now i am starting again I am building muscle even faster than before. I was thinking once you were there it bot so hard to get it back again.
