Drying for the skin, but works
Proactive for the wind. It is extremely drying on the skin, but great for cleaning up that teenage look.

I love this toner. It leaves my kids skin soft and clean. It is a bit expensive though and I’ve found less expensive toners that are just fine.

If your face feels tight after washing, this toner may be the thing, especially if you are prone to break outs as well. It is cool and refreshing, does not leave a residue and removes any lingering soap/cleanser. I would highly recommend it! (I am NOT a compensated reviewer!
