I used it one time and experienced nothing, perhaps because it needs more consistent use for the benefits to be noticeable. However, I failed to read, before purchasing it, that this product is formulated and made completely in China. I would not have purchased it had I taken the time to read that before. If this is something that matters to you, then you may want to consider something else.

Not potent enough
Idk if some of these brands are just not strong enough or what because so far the best I’ve tried is ancient mineral brand because it’s potent and I don’t want to waste my money
