Does NOT Move
I’m one of those gals that waterproof, smudgeproof, and all that is a fairy tale. All the eyeliners that’s I’ve tried that has this claim never lives up to it. Only liquid liner stays put. This one, however, STAYS! I was surprised. When I used it, there was no tugging and I thought for sure it wouldn’t last a few hours at best. I didn’t put any powder underneath or anything because I wanted to see. This liner stayed put. No run, ghost eye, or anything other than the original slightly faded line I did in the morning. This check was at 5pm. Needless to say, I will be buying again.

I wanted a pigmented liner that didn’t feel harsh and dry and wouldn’t tug at my eyelids during application. The formula is surprisingly high-quality for the price; it is extremely creamy and deposits full color with just one swipe.I’ve been using it in my waterline to help open up my eyes and it actually stays put for a good portion of the day. I smudge out the corners and it doesn’t get raccoon-y on me.This is a fantastic, budget-friendly liner that performs just as well as high-end brands. I am very impressed with the smooth application.

Great inner corner liner.
Ive been using the nude color as an inner corner shade to help enhance the appearance of my eyes, and so far I really like it! Its creamy and easy to apply, but doesn’t budge all day after application! No smudging or muddy color after a few hours of wear. I feel like it really does wonders for widening my eyes a bit and helping them look a little larger and more awake. The liner itself is great, its durable and doesnt crumble or break, nor does it feel dried out after a few uses. Its comparable to more “luxury ” liners that I have used, so its a really good value dupe.

A perfect dark eyeliner pencil with a built-in sharpener!
This is a great creamy eyeliner that glides on easily, doesn’t smudge once it’s set, and doesn’t make my eyes water! I love that it comes with a built-in sharpener, too. I love how dark the shade Jet Set is! It’s great for my waterline. It blends easily, and once I set it, it stays in place. It doesn’t irritate my eyes at all! It lasts forever – there’s a ton of product in the pencil. It’s the perfect length! It’s a great value for the price!

Absolutely Unblendable, Non-smudging From The Moment You Apply It
I suddenly became aware of the fact that I’ve been using eyeshadow as an eye pencil. It’s easier to smudge but much more difficult to apply. I also mostly own black, liquid liners. I was excited to get a non-black eye PENCIL!BUT, wow! If you want to smudge or blend this eye pencil, that’s not going to happen. It’s not “smudge-proof once set”. It is smudge-proof -period. You apply it and it stays where and how you put it. It gives you a line and it is impossible to smudge. The bottom line on my hand is smudged! The second after I applied it, I tried hard to smudge it. You can’t rub that roughly near your eyes. If I continue to try to smudge it, I can eventually remove it, but it takes a while. The good news is this eye pencil is not going anywhere! The bad news is I’m using eyeshadow once again to smudge-out my eyeliner. It’s got great staying power, it’s super easy to use, soft and glides on effortlessly, but then seems to dry more instantaneously than a liquid liner and won’t smudge or budge. You will not be able to “blend this out”.
