The best liquid eyeliner
This is seriously the best liquid liner on the market. It lasts long and doesn’t budge throughout the day. It glides on easily, and is very bold looking. Easy to remove with makeup remover, but will stay put all day.

Beautiful rich brown color perfect for brunettes
They used to sell this inside of Sephora, which is where I first experienced using this product. Hands down THE best eyeliner that I’ve ever used – and I use it daily. Goes on smooth and consistent, is the right shade for me personally. I mean, if you have dark brown hair and eyelashes, this looks far more natural than say… black, unless you are going for that contrast. I prefer a more subtle look ala Korean beauty standard so this one is a must for me. Stays on even after working all day, crying (yup, tested that before, too, lol), sweating, etc. Love this – I think I’ve ordered it at least 15 times. I like to have one on standby always, so I don’t run out.

Almost perfect
I was looking for a good eyeliner to replace the Tarte maneater liquid liner that has been discontinued. This one almost fit the bill. I really like it, but not quite perfect for me. It somehow seems dryer even though it goes on wet. I have to shake the pen slightly before doing my 2nd eye. It stays all day, but does become slightly flaky by night. Not that I recommend sleeping in makeup, but if you do, it will be at least half flake off by morning. My maneater liner could stay put for days. This has traditional applicator vs the brush which I suspect is what makes it less wet on application.Pros: goes on easy, stays all day. Dries quickly after application, great black matte fine line color. Fantastic for fine line strokesCons: formula or applicator a little dry, slightly flakes by evening. When applying need to gently shake to get applicator wet enough for broader strokes on one pass, or go over line a couple times.

I really like this brand for draw on eyeliner. I got the dark gray shade and like it better for work than the usual black I buy. Tube lasts a long time but do be sure to recap it. If it dries out, it’s done.

A godly eyeliner
I have pretty oily skin and my eyes water a lot. It was hard finding a decent eyeliner that stayed in the corner of my eyes. Today I found my true love. I tested it by going on a 3.40 mile run. I have before the run and after the run pictures. After my run I was sweaty and red and it stayed! I did not use any setting sprays or finishing powders. It was genuinely just eyeliner on skin.

Just ok
This lasts better than most pen liquid liners and did not irritate my sensitive eyes. It applied easily and did not bleed. It was difficult to get it to line at the inner corners of my eyes without smudging and I had to powder the inner and outer corners for the liner to stay in place. It also smudges if you have cream or stick eyeshadow on. It’s just not good enough to justify the high price.

Decent but Not Impressive
The Stila Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is decent, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations. The fine brush tip is easy to use and the color goes on smoothly, but the formula isn’t as long-lasting on me as I hoped.It does stay put a few hours, but I noticed some fading and slight smudging by the end of the day. It also tends to dry out a bit quickly, which makes the application less consistent. Overall,it’s an okay eyeliner-not bad, but not impressive enough for the price.

Recommended especially for beginners. Size is very convenient to use and quality is really good. It could be a little thin so you need to use a few times, but thin tip also gives you full control to achieve the shape you want.
