Why screen didn’t work after touch?
Screen will auto locked after 20s of non-touch,Insure long press lUnlock] button 5s to unlock screen before operating.
My oil diffuser suddenly stopped spraying ，or diffusering non-stop，What should I do?
This is intermittent diffuser means runs in ‘diffuser time’ and stops in ‘pause time’,not Failure. So double check to your APP/Device real time set first: Device auto sync your latest setinmg whether set from APP or Screen.
How about the complete troubleshooting if other issue ?
(1) – Cut off power and connect again it will auto diffusering again.
(2) – Long press the [Reset] button 5s to restore factory setting when unexpected situation.
(3) – Clean atomizing core and runs with alcohol to avoid oils block.
Why can’t l connect my diffuser to the app?
(1)- This device Support Bluetooth only (Not Wifi),pls only select “Bluetooth”on connection page after application download.
(2)- Ensure your phone Bluetooth enabled,keeping device within 33 feet (10 meters) distance.
How to program the diffusing time and frequency?
(1) – Buttons recommended fixed 1~5 levels and easy get on Device :（Diffuser Time Detail Refers Image)
(2) – APP recommended if you need flexibility or more comstize plan,Programming linclued: Week Schedule,Time Period, Diffuser Frequency Setting.

Wonderful Essential Oil Diffuser
This is my first waterless essential oil diffuser, and it’s really wonderful for my room. This is my first time purchasing an essential oil diffuser. It will help me relax from the stress of my work, I’ve been told. After using it for a week, my room never smelled that nice. Setting it up is very easy. I love it. Water is not needed to operate this diffuser. There are five stages, ranging from weak to strong. Also, equipped with a 250 milliliter tank to enjoy a long-lasting wonderful smell. The silent atomizer core does help cut down on noise. There are three essential oils as well. Most importantly, you can download the app to your phone and set a timer for when you want to turn it on or off, even if you’re not at home. I’m really enjoying it so far.

It’s just not a good product sadly. The idea is a good one but the mist quality and the ability to control it are simply not there. A good idea with really bad execution.

The app control is super convenient. I love that I can adjust the settings, schedule it, and change the intensity right from my phone. The touchscreen display is clear and easy to use too.The quality feels premium and the oils that come with it smell really nice and clean.

Mid-grade
It is easy to fill and it does plug in, so those are nice. I could not get the app to work and it is a little time consuming and tricky to get the settings down manually, but it can be done. This does not cover the amount of space listed. I can get a faint scent within about 12 feet of the unit, but that’s about it. It could be because the oils provided with it as samples were too overpowering and I opted to use classic essential oils (not watered down). It’s a little noisy when it runs/emits the fragrance.

Looks and works great!
I’ve got 4 diffusers spread around my home. This one covers our master bed and bath. It looks classy and it so easy to read. It’s also very quiet.I wanted to give 5 stars for the unit but I didn’t like the oils that came with it. They were more like bathroom plugin scents and kind of turned my stomach so I threw them out. If it had been sold without them, it would have been 5 stars. I do recommend the unit, just be prepared to use different oils than what is sent with it.
