Soft, well-made
The pad is soft and heats well at the different levels. The timer maximum limit is two hours, which is actually a good safety feature. A constant on setting allows unattended use, with the possibility of shorts causing fires. I can’t attest to durability yet. I’ve purchased five Doneco (no longer available) over the years, and three of the controllers failed after a year or so, throwing error codes. The pads were fine.I would prefer a less obtrusive cord and button color, and an edge connection rather than the corner button, but I knew what I was getting when I ordered two of them. My cats and dogs love the gentle warmth.

This heating pad is soft and comfortable. Heats up quickly and evenly. Different levels of heat are nice, size of pad is perfect for back, really helps with pain. Padding is a nice thickness. Works great

Excellent Heating Pad
This is really large, which is what I was looking for. It is soft. It heats up to a really toasty and relaxing level. The cord is long enough that you don’t have to be sitting next to an outlet. I like it so much, I bought another one for a family member. I have only used it as a dry heat heating pad.

finally, a high-quality well made heating pad! I’ve been through three in the past 2 years (Sunbeam and another brand) each has failed within a few months. I purchased this a year ago, and it has been a delight- the wire connector is a flat button and very sturdy. The controller is flat and has very easy-to-read digital readout for time 30-120 minutes, and heat level 1-5. the soft fabric is quilted and stays put on an angled pillow!

Worked great for cold nights camping!
I bought these for my boyfriend and I for a week long camping festival with 40° nights. They came in super clutch as it made it so much easier to get in bed at night. We slept like rocks every night. Keep in mind we were in tents but had a camping spot with power.
