At age 55 I made an appt with a recommended dietician/nutritionist. My regular diet and exercise felt like they were lacking as I aged. After reviewing my diet (due to LPR and kept in check with a lean diet rather than otc meds) she suggested daily supplements. I take one with food after breakfast or lunch every day but no later than that. They definitely give me a boost! Just had my annual check-up and my doctor said continue with whatever you’re doing.
