No Fillers. Just The Good Stuff.
I’ve had positive experiences with this brand, and that’s what encouraged me to order the multivitamin. Already I am sleeping better at night, and I feel calmer throughout the day. I love the fact that it combines herbs with vitamins and minerals. And the fact that it has no fillers is really impressive. I’ve only been taking it for 2 or 3 days. But I’m already seeing improvement in various areas. I’m looking forward to seeing even more.By the way, these vitamins are easy to swallow, too! The size is just right, and there’s no smell attached.Great product overall! There’s just one thing. I know that a lot of vitamins are being produced for vegan people. But I would love to see a multivitamin that uses vitamin B12 from eggs or fish. I know that the B12 grown in the labs is very popular, but in my previous experiences, it’s not as long lasting as vitamin B12 from fish, etc.Just sharing my honest opinion. That said, I really do like this product and will probably order again.

Great vitamin so far. No discomfort or side effects other than highlighter urine from B2 so stay hydrated. No nausea, I believe my energy level has been better and there easy to swallow. I appreciate the superfood and probiotic, overall support from one daily vitamin. I will be a regular customer.

Good Quality Vitamins
These are very good quality vitamins and for someone who needs extra iron and who’s stomach is not sensitive to iron, I believe this is a very good product. I tend to be anemic so was hoping it would agree with my stomach.Sadly, It does not agree with my stomach so I will be switching back to the other Iron free formula. They are very good quality vitamins though. They are easy to take and swallow and the smell is not bad at all. Just didn’t agree with my stomach. Even the price was very reasonable. So I still give it 5 stars.

These are wonderful, make sure you take this with a meal. You will be pretty alert all day. That is a bonus. Clean ingredients. Not hard to swallow.vitamin quality is good n my 6th bottle and very good product.

A complete multiple in 1 capsule.
I have ordered this multi w/ iron several times ( also comes w/o iron)..it’s very complete, and it’s only 1 a day. I hate having to take 3, or even 2 capsules to get what I need. That’s not cost effective to me. I will keep purchasing these. There is no odd taste, no taste at all, and the best price when comparing other brands with these ingredients.

Comparable to Dr. Wallach’s Youngevity Products
Phenomenal! I suggest two daily capsules per 100 pounds of bodyweight. It’s cheap in comparison to other brands but the quality is good, and in my opinion, this is the best bang-for-your-buck whole food multivitamin on the market. I personally prefer this one versus the one without iron– It’s only 1 dollar more and you are getting quality iron. Regardless, all of the minerals in this multi are chelates, so there is a lesser risk of toxicity when taking greater amounts of it, and the body can better metabolize it. The only multi that comes close is the Naturelo Men’s whole food multivitamin, but the price is more than double per serving.I have compared on a spreadsheet the contents of this multivitamin to that of the Youngevity products and this is what I found that is lacking.-The vitamin C is low-The B vitamins are low-No Strontium-No Amino acids-No Phosphorus-No Vanadium-No BoronOther than that, this product it great. I am a believer in Dr. Joel Wallach’s research, but his stuff is expensive, so I use alternatives to get in all of my nutrients. My alternative supplement plan costs $75 per month versus the Youngevity $100.
